POS Square Pte Ltd shall not be held liable for delays in the delivery service caused by unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of POS Square Pte Ltd.
Customers’ are required to provide accurate information pertaining to their personal particulars and delivery addresses to ensure smooth deliveries. In the event incomplete information has been provided causing unsuccessful deliveries, the latter attempt of redelivering would be subjected to charges as per POS Square’s discretion.

Standard Delivery Fee & Timings.
All orders above SGD 500 (excluding GST) are entitled to free delivery.
A minimal fee of SGD 20 is applicable for orders placed not exceeding the threshold of SGD 500 (excluding GST).
Delivery services are in accordance with POS Square Pte Ltd.'s operational hours, 9am-6pm.
Orders placed for items that are out-of-stock, the delivery date would be advised. Our sales personnel would get in touch and keep you updated.
POS Square Pte Ltd undertakes quality checks to ensure the items that reach the customers’ doorstep meet their expectations. However, in an event that a customer is unsatisfied with the purchase made, kindly reach out to us within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Goods sold are non-refundable. Returnability/Exchange of the items are subjected to POS Square Pte Ltd.'s discretion, it would be evaluated on a case-by –case basis and it is a prerequisite that the items to be returned should be in their original packaging and intact.
